Overview
These terms govern your use of the Sea Friends website and our charter services, operated by M-concept from our Singapore marinas. By booking a charter or using this site you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the current version on this page.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed directly with Sea Friends. Payment is by PayNow, local bank transfer or overseas bank transfer. Prices are quoted per boat at the time of booking and may change for future bookings. You may adjust headcount up to the boat's capacity before the charter.
Cancellations, weather and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a date, the terms advised at booking apply. If the captain judges conditions unsafe on the day, we work out another date with you. Singapore showers usually pass and rarely cancel a charter.
On board conduct and safety
Follow the captain and crew's safety instructions at all times. For everyone's safety the captain may end a charter early, without refund, for unsafe or unlawful behaviour. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by your group during the charter.
What is included
Every charter includes a licensed captain and crew, water toys and BBQ facilities. Food and drink are bring-your-own with no corkage, unless a catering or BBQ package is booked. Extras such as photography or decoration are arranged on request and quoted separately.
Liability
Charters carry the inherent risks of any activity on the water. Sea Friends is MPA licensed, but you take part at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the charter booked.

We keep this site as current as we can but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or error-free. Please confirm dates, prices and details with us directly before booking. We may correct information or update prices at any time without notice.

Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
